The Irish College is located on Via dei Santi Quattro, near Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano Standing in the centre of that Square, you will notice a long, two-storey building with a small clock-tower directly opposite the side entrance to the Lateran Basilica. Leaving the Square behind, take the street to the right of this building (as you face it), and remaining on the left side of the street, you will almost immediately notice Bar L’800 on your right and 50 metres further on there is the Irish College, identifiable by two large palm trees in the grounds and iron gates at the entrance. ‘Collegio Irlandese’, ‘Colaiste na nGaedheal’ is inscribed on the gates.
